many of the hazards are associated with this mobile and its electro magnetic wave. Please be cautious. . .

1. Male sterility -with its use qualitative and quantiteve loss in sperm count. Researchers has proved that using more than 4 hrs average daily may reduce the 1/4th chance of fertility.

2. Man and woman -
sleep pattern is hampered. Leading to headache ,stress induced problem ,hearing impairment ,mood swinging and other health problem.

3. The health is drastically affected in children below 8 yrs. Keep them away. . .

such sentences brought me in frustration. . . How to express my feeling !, how silent killer they are. . . !
Even they dont know the ABC of the drugs. . . they prescribe it,without knowing the compleactions of it. And those innocent sufferer,who go for the treatment from them ,are looted by them. . . Even they have courage to do surgery. .Open the abdomen and when unable to tackle ,come back to hospital. Often i face such case in my dept. Who will take its responsibility if they suffer harm . . . The innocent people , the quack. . Or doctor. . . . ?

THE REAL STORY OF PMCH HAPPENINGS ON 5-6-2008
WE NEED YOUR HELP FRIENDS
HI friends,
I am writing this on behalf of junior doctors of Patna medical college and hospital, Patna. We are protesting against the manhandling and assault by few media people on Thursday. Since the issue involves the media we doctors are being projected as criminals and nonbailable arrest warrants have been issued against 12 of our friends. At this hour of crisis we are in desperate need of support from all junior doctors across the country. The incident can happen with any of us we need to stand united and protest.
Let me tell you what really happened:
1. Few reporters from two local Hindi newspapers came to orthopedics emergency on Thursday around 1 pm. they entered the duty room as attenders of a patient and started asking few questions. But the patient was not yet brought to the hospital. Our colleagues clarified that without examining the patient we cannot help you. They got agitated and started using abusive language. The do
2. The whole sting operation was preplanned and these media people executed it brilliantly of which we didn’t have a clue till we saw the photographer.
3. When we questioned the lens man he said “even your father cannot stop me from taking pictures, you mind your own business”. Of course he used foul language which I cannot write here. When we protested they ran away from the scene.
4. We started working normally after the whole episode only to realize after an hour that a mob of 200-250 media people and locals are surrounding the emergency with lethal weapons. They entered the emergency and assaulted three of our colleagues pretty badly. Other doctors on duty somehow escaped from the mob by hiding in sterilization room and called all other junior doctors seeking help.
5. The whole mob started pelting stones on other buildings of the hospital and damaged vehicles of doctors. When other doctors came to emergency to help they were also beaten up. Then the mob targeted the gynaec department and misbehaved with our female colleagues.
6. They blocked the road in front of college and started throwing stones in PMCH campus. As usual police was mute spectator to the whole episode.
7. The next day the newspapers printed a whole different story that junior doctor have assaulted the lens man and broke their cameras. The whole story was twisted and presented implicating us as the real culprits and criminals. They filed a FIR against twelve of us and pressurized the government till the court issued an arrest warrant against doctors.
8. Now the police has become real active and has done raids on our hostels looking for our colleagues. They even threatened us
9. The government, general public everyone is convinced about the story presented by the media. The government is not ready to talk with us. They want to arrest the innocent doctors and want us to stop our protest.
Friends we junior doctors are being segregated here we have no option but to protest against the injustice done to us. We really need your help, we want you people to support us at this hour of crisis, and we want you to wear black badges and protest against it. Forward the message to every medico and junior doctor across the country. we need to stand united and that’s our only strength.

Cause in our locality -its major cause in our locality is the dietary habit. The people here uses more spices . . They have no time table of taking diet. Often empty stomach. Taking tea in empty stomach….Major population here belongs to workeing class. They do their work in field in empty stomach. This leads to hyperacidity and leading to heart burn. . .

Prevention -
1.Take diet routinely. Dont delay.Before taking tea at morning ,take some biscuits .
2. Dont use much more spices. Take salad in diet. Drink water at frequent interval.

3. Prevent regular fasting or roza.

Appendicitis & Stress. .

A case history. . .

during last 4 years ,I have observed that one of the cause of appendicitis in intellectual group is stress. . This stress is one of our enemy for various diseases, will discuss later. But as far as the case of appendicitis increasing day by day. In my surgery O.P.D. 10% or more is the mentioned case. And one cause that is increasing these days is stress.
The students of my college suffering from the same ,85% of them was during exam. period .Same problem is increasing in high affluent society.
So my advise to you is that avoid stress.Try to smile also in pains. . . Be free from various diseases, as one is appendicitis.

want tears in their eye. . . . Happens same with you.
Take some initial steps and routine examination. . .

1. Advice everybody to your parents for cheque up for diabetids if they are more than 40 yrs.
2. Proved diabetic patient should take regular visit to doctors every 2-3 month for routine examination. Or if any complication arises.
3.Otherwise. . ,you can yourself monitor blood sugar. Now a days electronic device i.e. Glucometer is available. Its level should fall under the normal range.
4. Is her/his wound does not heal ?Hark. . Dont delay. Consult your doctor immediately. Might be diabetes. So common problem,today.
5. Eye problem in your diabetic patient ?Consult immediately. And every 2 yrs gap . You can loss your parents precious eye sight.
6. Have any problem in urination ,Micturation,burning sensation in urine,fever etc. ?dont delay.Consult doc. And Maintain hygine.
7.Are your parents maintain diet ?They do exercise ?No ?Advise them to do so just now.This much basic knowledge is must.
